Our Why
We believe that labour is the building blocks of our economy and informed and innovative employers will be shaping the future of our country.
Our Why
Fundamental changes in the mindset of employers are crucial to effectively manage a more flexible and task driven labour force. Enhancing productivity, creating and enabling a mutually beneficial company culture and implementing talent focused recruitment and retention strategies are becoming increasingly important.
SAUEO understands the labour environment and how important it is for organisers of the organisation to receive continuous support and guidance. Therefore, we have implemented a peer-to-peer support initiative and a Continuous Professional Development program. This ensures that organisers are always equipped to support you with the best advice you will need.
We have formed partnerships with organisations that align with our vision and that enhances the value proposition to our members. By leveraging technology, we created a platform that encourages knowledge sharing and access to valuable information, resources and expertise.
