Our Why

We believe that labour is the building blocks of our economy and informed and innovative employers will be shaping the future of our country.

Our Why

Today’s dominant economic systems and organizational models around the world have become outdated. We find ourselves in a rapidly evolving employment landscape, empowered by technology and driven by a young socially conscious generation. Businesses need to adapt to a new way of doing business.
Fundamental changes in the mindset of employers are crucial to effectively manage a more flexible and task driven labour force. Enhancing productivity, creating and enabling a mutually beneficial company culture and implementing talent focused recruitment and retention strategies are becoming increasingly important.

SAUEO understands the labour environment and how important it is for organisers of the organisation to receive continuous support and guidance. Therefore, we have implemented a peer-to-peer support initiative and a Continuous Professional Development program. This ensures that organisers are always equipped to support you with the best advice you will need.

We have formed partnerships with organisations that align with our vision and that enhances the value proposition to our members. By leveraging technology, we created a platform that encourages knowledge sharing and access to valuable information, resources and expertise.

We believe satisfactory and productive employer-employee relationships are the corner stone of successful businesses, we help you manage it. We believe successful business need to navigate the ever-changing business and employment landscape, we enable you to do that.

As we encourage businesses to take up their responsibility as business owners, as we as SAUEO takes up our responsibility to influence and level the playing field for businesses in South Africa. SA United Employers, unite in effort and success.
