(SA)UEO is also the founder of Labour Law Labour Relation Association (LLLRA), established to elevate the standard of professional practice in labour relations across South Africa.

  • Represent employers in statutory dispute resolution forums like the CCMA and Bargaining Councils
  • Facilitate collective bargaining across key sectors
  • Promote lawful, just, and sustainable employment practices
  • Equip and support business members through compliance tools, strategic advice, and representation
  • Contribute to elevating the professional standard of labour relations practice across South Africa
